how do we book B+B?

how do I know what my florals are going to "look like?"

A signed contract and retainer are required to secure your event date. We use a cloud-based software that allows for online payment at no cost to you and a digitally signed contract.

B+B provides Design Decks to accompany the invoice. Floral selections are listed and visual renderings are provided.

who will be onsite for my event?


Staffing is based on the services booked with B+B, but generally Month-of Coordination includes a single coordinator and a two person design team if applicable, Partial and Full planning includes a Lead Planner and a Planning Assistant and a minimum two person design team.

We do not operate as a traditional event florist. We provide floral for B+B coordination + planning clients, small special events like showers, milestone birthdays parties, and rehearsal dinners, and corporate partners. If you are working with a B+B planning parnter, please have them reach out for availability.

do you have additional fees for multi day events?

Our coordination and planning packages are all inclusive. Floral and design is taxed at 8.6% and has a 15% service + delivery fee. For planning partner events where we provide design + floral, our service fee is 20% and includes repurposes and strike as well. Our out of town travel fee is $300. 

We do have additional fees to plan multiple events; like in the case of a cultural wedding celebration. If on-site coordination is required for additional days there is a flat fee of $1000 for each additional day.

is the cost of floral included in partial or full planning?

am i able to use the b+b inventory?

Floral is priced separately using our floral pricing guide. B+B is unique in that we price our arrangements by size, and NOT by floral type. For partial and full planning packages, clients have the free use of our inventory to accent their floral.

Our curated inventory is available for free as a part of all partial and full planning packages. The inventory is available for rent to month-of coordination packages.

do you operate in a minimum?

We do not have a financial minimum in order to place an order, but we do price by size. Basic B level arrangements are the lowest cost options we have in each category.

are you able to provide vendor referrals?

We provide custom, curated to the client vendor recommendations for partial and full planning packages based on an in-depth logistics meeting. We do not have a single document with blanket referrals in vendor categories.

how are you managing postponements and cancellations due to covid?

B+B is allowing one postponement at no financial penalty to our client. Should a second postponement be required there will be a $500 rebooking fee. If an event is canceled due to a state or federal restriction making events legally unable to happen, a refund will be provided minus services already rendered and/or goods purchased (ex. monthly meetings, design services, floral, custom goods).
