Transparency has always been an important part of the Bloom + Blueprint experience. We want you to know exactly what you’re getting, and how much it costs, right away.
Aside from the cost of consumables (flowers, candles, and select design elements), our planning packages have no additional fees. Our floral pricing model is based on size of the arrangement and overall look, not by floral type.
While hiring a wedding planner in Phoenix is an investment (our clients spend [$X – $X] on average), we can gladly work with any budget to suggest excellent vendors, arrangements, and designs.

Partial Planning is like a road trip: sometimes you drive, sometimes we drive. We share the responsibility of getting there, but we’re still in the same car, heading to the same destination.
Full Planning is like a chauffeur service: we drive the limo, you relax. Hang out in the back, have a drink, and arrive at the wedding of your dreams without having to do (basically) anything!

Start by submitting our inquiry form to tell us all about your wedding or social event. We’ll follow up to let you know whether we’re available for your date. If so, we’ll send our media kit as well as our Calendly link, where you can book a free consultation with Erika.
Once you’ve officially said “I do” (read: signed your contract and made your deposit), the fun really begins! You’ll get access to our cloud-based software, Aisle Planner, which includes all the materials you need: a welcome guide, planning tools, a link to our inventory, and more. Then, we’ll have our first client meeting and go from there!
We do not operate as a traditional standalone event florist. We provide floral for B+B planning clients; small special events, like showers, milestone birthday parties, and rehearsal dinners; and corporate partners. If you are working with another planner, please have them reach out for availability.
One of the biggest benefits of working with Bloom + Blueprint is our huge collection of curated inventory (think rugs, lighting, vases, props, and so much more). You can view our full inventory here.
Many of these pieces are meant for flowers to be in (or on) them. Full Wedding Planning clients will receive a $3000 credit toward use of inventory of your choosing! Event Planning clients will receive a $500 credit toward the rental cost of decor items.
If you want to use any inventory without floral, labor fees will apply to cover cleaning, packing, setting, and striking the items.
Because flowers and candles are consumable items, they are priced separately (see the floral pricing guide in our media kit). B+B is unique in that we price our arrangements by size, NOT by floral type.
Floral and design elements are taxed at 8.6% and have a 22% service + delivery fee. When traveling out of the Phoenix metro area, the service fee is increased to 30% to account for travel expenses. Repurpose, will call management, and/or strike fees apply when needed.
If you are planning a multi-day event, such as a cultural wedding celebration, a flat fee of $1,000 applies for each additional day of on-site coordination or setup/breakdown supervision.
Aside from that, our planning packages are all inclusive. We’ve intentionally designed our packages to be as turnkey as possible, so they should meet all your needs!
Gladly! We provide custom-curated vendor recommendations for Partial and Full Planning clients, based on an in-depth logistics meeting at the start of our engagement. We do not have a single document with blanket referrals — we want each recommendation to be specific to YOU.
No… we don’t like being handed a bomb! Jokes aside, we’ve found that day-of coordination is not the best use of our skills (or your investment). We excel at long-term, full-service planning that prioritizes you throughout the whole process — not just on the big day.
