Erika + Kate were yin and yang way before they started Bloom + Blueprint a decade ago. (They have the epic middle-school pics to prove it.)
Kate’s the balloon; Erika’s the string. Kate’s the crayons; Erika’s the lines. Kate’s the bloom; Erika’s the blueprint.
In 2015, armed with one van, a dream, and a surprising tolerance for chaos, Kate + Erika set out to create the unforgettable. Ten years later, they're still at it.

She’s The
Kate Mellow has long been a lover of celebrations, happily ever afters, and special events. She is a lifetime creative and crafter, dreaming and scheming out of this world details for her company’s clientele. With an eye for color and a heart of gold, Mellow has driven Bloom + Blueprint’s creative department with unstoppable energy for 10 years. Married to her husband Nate, they have two terrific toddlers Teddy and Betty. She is a coffee lover, Disney freak, whole foods junkie, and a colorful home enthusiast.

Erika has always loved a good to-do list! She uses her type-A love of planning and logistics (read: Excel spreadsheets galore) to make your special day as seamless and stress-free as possible. She lives in Phoenix with her husband, Trumaine; three kiddos, Tru, Jalen, and Giada; and their adorable dog, Isabelle. Erika loves spending time with her family, cooking, and relaxing on the beach when life allows.

I’m Casey: the ultimate wedding wizard with a knack for turning “I do” into “best day ever!” Born and raised under the Arizona sun, I started in the food and beverage world before discovering my true passion: creating seamless, unforgettable events. Armed with a psychology degree (because let’s be honest, understanding people is half the battle), I’ve orchestrated over 700 weddings, ensuring every detail is perfect and timeless.
Obsessively organized? Absolutely. Your biggest cheerleader? Always. I go above and beyond to make your day stress-free, magical, and uniquely you. When I’m not coordinating dream weddings, I’m wrangling my five-year-old son and two miniature Australian Shepherds — so trust me, I can handle anything your big day throws my way! 💍✨

Having recently joined the "married club" myself as a Bloom + Blueprint bride 🪩🌈✨ , I know firsthand how new and exciting the planning process can be — and I’m here to make it fun. With B+B, life really is rainbows + disco balls!
And yes, my new last name is Love! No coincidence there — I’m all about creating a day that’s a true reflection of you — your love, your style, and all the joy that comes with it. From our very first call to cleaning up the confetti, I’ll be by your side, ensuring that every detail is intentional and every moment is pure magic.
